People rarely move a vehicle for fun. There is usually something else going on: a relocation, a new job, a parent who has stopped driving, a kid starting college three states away. By the time someone calls us, the car is one of about fifteen things they are trying to keep from falling over.

So when we say we care how this goes, we mean something specific. Not a promise about service, but a set of decisions we made on purpose, each of which costs us something:

We take no deposit, because asking for money before a truck exists moves our risk onto you. We do not raise the price after you book, because a quote that moves was never a quote.We do not sell your phone number, because you asked one company for a price, not fifteen.Y ou get one dispatcher, Zach, from booking to delivery, because "let me pull up your file" is not service.

And it is the same for everyone. The person shipping a single used Civic to their daughter gets the same dispatcher, the same locked price and the same direct number as a dealership moving nine cars a month. We are small enough that there is no tier system, and honest enough to say that if we ever grow large enough to build one, something will have been lost.

We will not always be the cheapest quote you get today. We are trying to be the one that is still the same number on the day your car arrives.
